Entrance and Registration to The Casa Country Getaway acknowledges the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:  

Welcome to The Casa Getaway Country Retreat.  This is an adults only. By checking into the The Casa Getaway, you represent and warrant that you are 35 years of age, and have the right, authority and capacity to enter into the agreement and to abide by all its terms and conditions under your own will.

                       BOOKINGS

To make a booking please contact thecasagetaway@gmail.com. Please fill out the contact form and provide the room, dates and the individuals staying at The Casa Getaway.  We will then confirm your booking. All bookings are done on a first-come first-serve basis.

                  LATE BOOKINGS

We will accept last minute bookings subject to availability and immediate payment.

                 REGISTRATION

You will be required to provide a valid credit card to cover any damages or additional charges during your stay. You will be responsible for any damages or incidental charges to your room.

                  CANCELLATIONS
   
Rooms must be paid in full at time of booking, and are Non-Refundable. In the event that you cannot attend, we will do our best to transfer your reservation to another weekend (Subject to availability).

Full House Takeovers requires 50% Non-Refundable deposit at time of booking.  Balance owing 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellations received within 4 weeks of your stay, or failure to attend, will not receive any refund.
